 How It Works

1. Contact Us

   • Your pickup address

   • The approximate volume or list of items you want to store
     (e.g., 2 suitcases, 1 box, etc.)

   • Your preferred pickup date

   • Your expected storage duration
     (e.g., 3 months, until end of August, etc.)

2. Send us an email at bostonhanjin@gmail.com with the following details:

3. Get a Quote & Schedule
   We’ll review your information and reply with a quote and available pickup times.
   If everything looks good, we’ll confirm the schedule with you.

4. Pickup & Storage
   We’ll come pick up your items at the scheduled time.
   Your belongings will be stored safely until you’re ready to get them back.

5. Return Delivery
   When you're ready, let us know your return address and preferred delivery date.
   We’ll bring everything back to you — simple as that!

• Be as detailed as possible when describing your items. It helps us give you an accurate quote.

• If you’re not sure about the exact number of items, just give us a rough estimate—we’ll help you from there.

• If your pickup location has special access (e.g., dorms, elevators, no parking zones), please let us know in advance.

이용 방법 안내

1. 이메일 문의
   아래 정보를 포함하여 bostonhanjin@gmail.com 으로 문의 주세요:

   • 픽업 주소 (보관할 짐을 수거할 장소)

   • 짐의 양 또는 목록
     (예: 캐리어 2개, 박스 1개,  등)

   • 원하는 픽업 날짜

   • 예상 보관 기간
     (예: 약 3개월, 8월 말까지 등)

2. 견적 안내 및 일정 확정
   보내주신 내용을 바탕으로 보관 견적과 가능한 픽업 일정을 안내드립니다.
   일정이 확정되면 정식으로 진행됩니다.

3. 짐 픽업 및 보관
   약속된 날짜에 방문하여 짐을 수거하고, 안전한 창고에 보관해드립니다.

4. 배송 요청 시 짐 반환
   짐이 필요하실 때, 희망 배송 날짜와 장소를 알려주세요.
   직접 전달해드립니다.

유의 사항

• 짐의 양을 최대한 자세히 알려주시면 보다 정확한 견적 안내가 가능합니다.

• 짐의 개수가 정확하지 않아도 괜찮습니다. 대략적인 내용만으로도 상담이 가능합니다.

• 기숙사, 엘리베이터유무,로딩닥 사용 가능여부, 주차 불가 구역 등 접근이 어려운 장소라면 사전에 꼭 알려주세요.
